What we collect and why
Access token — the key in your personal purchase link, used to validate your purchase and track remaining exports. Legal basis: contract performance.
Usage metrics — when you export a calendar, we record pseudonymised usage data (calendar type, export type, counts, session duration). This includes a partial reference to your access token that may be traceable to your email via your purchase record. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the product is used.
Demo usage — the demo generates a random session identifier, kept in your browser for the visit only, so we can count demo activity (page views, sample exports). It is not linked to your identity. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the demo is used.
Support messages — if you contact us through the in-app support form, we receive your message, the screen you were on, and a prefix of your access token; replies go to the email from your purchase. If you use the form without a purchase link, we ask for a reply address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing customer support.
Email address — collected at purchase and held alongside your access token to deliver your link and support requests. Legal basis: contract performance.
Your calendar contents, notes, and schedule details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Schedule data lives only in your browser session and, optionally, in your browser's local storage for the autosave feature (data never leaves your device). Your schedule is always yours to take — the free CSV export and every generated PDF or calendar file give you a complete copy of your data — and you can remove it at any time with the "Erase my data from this browser" control on the final step of either tool.
No cookies — Clarity sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Data storage & international transfers
Access tokens and email addresses are stored in Google Firebase (Google LLC, United States). Usage metrics (including demo usage counts) and support messages are stored in Google Sheets (Google LLC, United States). The app is hosted on Google Cloud Run (us-central1). Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which provides an adequacy mechanism for EU/EEA-to-US data transfers. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Retention
Usage metrics are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or aggregated so they can no longer be associated with an access token. Access tokens are retained for the duration of your purchase validity. Email addresses are retained while your purchase remains valid and for up to 12 months afterward for customer-service continuity, then deleted. Support messages are retained for up to 12 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights (EU / EEA — GDPR)
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (DPA). To exercise any of these rights, .

Agreement to these terms
Clarity is operated by OG Data LLC, DBA OG Clarity, a California limited liability company. By using Clarity, or by purchasing an access link, you agree to these terms — your purchase is governed by them. If you do not agree, please do not use Clarity.
What Clarity is — and is not
Clarity is a scheduling and calendar-visualization tool. It is not legal advice, and its outputs are not legal documents. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated calendars, day counts, and exports before relying on them in any legal proceeding, custody arrangement, or other consequential use.
Your files and your devices
Once you download a CSV, PDF, or calendar (ICS) file, that copy is in your custody: keeping it secure and deciding who can see it is your responsibility. The same applies to schedule data kept in your browser's session or local storage, which you can remove at any time with the "Erase my data from this browser" control on the final step of either tool.
License & access
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Clarity, tied to the access token in your purchase link. Each plan includes a set number of exports (or a monthly allowance on the Unlimited plan); one export is deducted each time you generate a PDF or calendar file. Please keep your purchase link private — anyone with the link can use your remaining exports. We may suspend or revoke access for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the service.
Refunds
Because Clarity is delivered instantly and in full, purchases are not refundable once your first export has been used. If you believe something isn't working as intended at any point, contact us — we'll always try to make it right.
For EU/EEA consumers: by accessing Clarity immediately upon purchase, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins.
Disclaimer of warranties
Clarity is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Clarity is capped at the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including the outcome of any legal proceeding in which Clarity exports were used.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clarity after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
